The Clear Security Team

Keith Anderson

Director of Clear Security Services.

Keith is a CPA and has held senior management positions for a number of Australian owned and overseas companies.

Most recently he joined Clear Solar as Chief Financial Officer and as a result of his association acquired the security business on the 1st of November 2010. His vision is the reposition of the business in every sense of the word.

The business has moved to new premises in December and there is a new sense of value and dedication to providing all customers and business partners with quality service.

Attention is being given to every area of the business and there is new optimism and true sense of moving forward on a solid footing with an eye for detail in all areas of the business.

Keith is optimistic with his experienced team and genuinely hopes to build a strong business model to serve all existing and new customers.

The business will also continue to evolve to be a needs driven company providing all customers with the right solution to meet their price point and quality expectation.

Mauricio Otalora

General Manager Clear Security Services

Mauricio is an Electronics Engineer who migrated to Australia in 2003 to study the postgraduate courses required to continue with his career. After successfully completing a Masters degree in Engineering and Telecommunications, he decided to stay in Australia permanently.

He joined Clear Security in 2006 as a security technician. Over the years he rapidly ascended trough Project Coordinator and Project Manager to finally being promoted to Clear Security General Manager in May 2010.

In 2008, Clear Solar was created and Clear Security became the security division of the Clear group. Most recently, Clear Solar's Chief Financial Officer Keith Anderson, acquired the security business and it has being trading as a new entity from the 1st of November 2010.

Mauricio has joined Keith with his vision to reposition the business in every sense of the word.

Mauricio is committed to move forward with the business and with his experienced team create a solid base in procedures and processes to provide all customers and business partners with quality of service fulfilling their security needs and expectations in performance and quality.

John Deague

Business Developer Manager

John has a degree in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering from Monash University.

He joined Clear Security in 1998 as Control systems Engineer and then worked as Engineering Project Manager on many large projects including Canberra Civic Street Surveillance and Department of Human Services (Fitzroy and Collingwood).

He moved into the role as General Manager of Clear Security from 2009 to 2010 before leaving Clear Security to work for a company in the distribution area of digital security. In this time John gained invaluable experience dealing with products and manufacturers in the industry.

Now in 2011, John is back at Clear Security Services in the role as Business Development Manager. John has a wealth of experience in the design of electronic security systems and a keen eye for new technology in the industry.

Emma Anderson

Accounts and Administration

Emma worked as an administrative and customer service assistant before starting at Clear Security. This gave her a good background in an administration and accounts role.

She has been with Clear Security since May 2009 and looks after our administration and accounts. If you ever call Clear Security's Office you're most likely going to be speaking with Emma.

She deals with administrative activities. Within her role, she utilizes her strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a keen ability to multitask a variety of challenges and responsibilities. Her role plays a key part in Clear Security business activities.

Adrian Sikkema

Project Manager

Adrian has more than 15 years of experience in the security industry. He specialises in CCTV and camera systems.

He joined Clear Security in 1996 as a security technician. Over the years he rapidly ascended through the position of Project Coordinator to being promoted to Project Manager in 2000. He has been involved in numerous CCTV and security projects over the years that have allowed him to develop a valuable set of skills and experience that he can apply on every activities that his role demands.

Gus Munoz

Project Manager/ Sales Support

Gus has being involved with numerous big and small Australian owned organizations. His career started in 2004 and since then he has performed in the areas of sales, technical service and customer service.

He joined Clear Security in 2007 as a security technician. Over the years he rapidly ascended through Service Technician to being promoted to Project Manager and a Sales Support role in 2010. Over the years, he has been gathering valuable experience and skills that make him a valuable Clear Security team member.

Hernan Malagon

Service Technician

Hernan is a Technician who migrated to Australia with his family in December 2006 to continue with his career. After joining the Clear Security team in July 2008 as a security technician, he decided to stay in Australia permanently.

Over the years, his diligence, hard work and motivation allowed him to take the role of Clear Security Service Technician.

Mathew Fargher

Security Technician

Mathew is a Security Technician who migrated to Australia with his family in early 2010 to continue with his career in this country.

Mathew has more than 10 years of practical experience within the security industry and he enjoys
working in it.

He joined Clear Security in August 2010 as a security technician. Since then, he has demonstrated himself to be a diligent, hard working and motivated person. His wide range of skills and knowledge has been very useful and valuable for the Clear Security organization.
